What will squidge?

Soft, fleshy or well cooked fruits and vegetables. Soft fish and soft meat.
Take a look at our 'Squidgometer' of foods you could try preparing for your baby - it's not an exhaustive list, just a starting point. With time, you, your baby and your Wean Machine will enjoy endless food experiments.


Are there any foods that won't squidge?

There are some foods that are far too tough or stringy to get a good squidge! For example... Peas, grapes, vine tomatoes, pizza, steak or chicken wings.

How can I get it clean?

Before using your Wean Machine for the first time, clean it in a dishwasher (top rack only) or in warm water using liquid detergent. Rinse thoroughly with clean cold water. Do not clean your Wean Machine or allow it to come into contact with solvents or other harsh chemicals as it may result in damage.

How can I sterilise my Wean Machine?

The Wean Machine can be sterilised using any method recommended for sterilising baby food equipment, except for Microwave sterilisers.


How do I store my Wean Machine?

Once cleaned, you can store your Wean Machine pretty much wherever you like... In your baby bag, pic-nic basket, or in your cupbaord at home.
Do not store in sunlight or near a source of heat, as damage could result. Do not use for food storage.
